E-mail Access Errors - Common Solutions
Common resolutions to e-mail access issues:
- When accessing your mailbox from the web interface, you may see a page with a link to access your mailbox once authenticated. This link is legitimate and should be used to access your mailbox.
- If you receive an error message in Webmail, clear your browser cookies and cache, browse to http://portal.brescia.edu and sign out of Microsoft 365, restart your web browser, browse to https://www.brescia.edu and click the webmail link at the bottom of the page. The key combination Ctrl+Shift+Delete (Windows) or Command+Shift+Delete (Mac) should bring up a prompt to clear your browser cache and cookies in most web browsers. Be sure to clear all of your cache and cookies.
- When using an e-mail application or mobile device, you may need to close and open the application again, verify the account configuration, or remove and add the account back to the e-mail application.
- If you receive a message regarding "too many redirects," refresh the page and the error should go away and not reoccur.
