How can I receive One Call Alert notifications?
For contact additions or changes to the One Call Alert system for important notifications, please create a Helpdesk ticket to request a Technology Request form and return it to the IT department.
To manage your current contact information, sign-in or create an account at https://www.mycallnow.com.
To be removed from the One Call Alert system for important notifications, please create a Helpdesk ticket, including your name and contact information for removal or call 270-663-4186.
To receive text message notifications, you must text the word Alert to 22300.
